Terms of Service
Memni is not available to buy yet and has no public download. These terms cover what exists today: the website and its release-notification list.
The short version
Browse the site freely and join the notification list if you want release updates. Joining costs nothing, reserves no access or purchase, and you can leave whenever you want.
Separate software terms
Any preview or paid version will have separate terms shown before it is provided. The current license information summarizes the purchase model but is not an end-user license agreement.

What these terms cover
In these terms, “operator” means the independent maker of Memni, operating under the MKDevForge name. These terms are between you and the operator. They apply when you use the memni.app website or join its release-notification list. By using the site, you accept them. Questions go to hello@memni.app.
They do not cover the Memni desktop app. Preview or paid software terms will be presented before the software is provided.
Release notifications
The notification list tells you when Memni is available for your choice of Windows, macOS, or Linux, when it is publicly released, and what it costs. Joining is free and creates no obligation on either side:
- It does not guarantee early access, a release date, a particular price, or that Memni will be offered for sale.
- Your Windows, macOS, or Linux choice tells us which availability email to send; it does not determine which version we release first.
- You are responsible for signing up with an email address you control.
- You can leave at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@memni.app, and we will remove your entry.
- We may remove entries that are duplicated, automated, or abusive.
How we handle notification-list data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Pre-release information
Everything on this site describes a product that is still being developed. Features, screenshots, pricing, supported operating systems, and timelines reflect current plans and can change before release. Status labels describe current availability or release intent; they do not mean Memni is publicly available. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to sell.
Acceptable use
Don't submit notification-list entries by automated means, attempt to circumvent the form's anti-spam protection, probe or disrupt the site's infrastructure, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us.
Intellectual property
The Memni name, logo, and the content of this site belong to the operator. You are welcome to link to the site and quote it with attribution; please don't republish substantial parts of it or use the Memni branding in a way that suggests affiliation.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and notification list are provided free of charge and as-is. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or notification list. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects the notification list, we will notify its members before it takes effect when required or appropriate. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
