Memni is not on sale. This page summarizes the planned paid license in plain language; the binding terms will be shown before a preview or paid build is provided.
Not an end-user license agreement
No software is licensed from this page. The terms supplied with each build will identify the version, permitted use, restrictions, and governing law.
Subscribe, keep a version
The paid release will use a subscription. Twelve continuous months of fully unrefunded paid time permanently vest a fallback version that keeps working after the subscription ends, with no connection needed.

Paid desktop license
An active subscription will cover current desktop releases. Twelve continuous months of fully unrefunded paid time vest a permanent fallback: the newest stable release from twelve months back, together with later fixes in that release line. Vesting is finalized after that boundary by a connected refresh, or by a single offline activation exchange. When the subscription ends, newer releases stop being available, but the vested version remains yours permanently. Staying subscribed moves it forward over time; a refunded order, in whole or in part, does not count toward vesting.
Purchase and activation records will remain separate from document contents. Buying or activating Memni will not require uploading your document library to Memni.
Terms before purchase
Before an order can be placed, the purchase page will show the final price, taxes, device allowance, the vesting policy, refund terms, warranties, support terms, and complete binding license.
Preview builds
A preview build may have separate testing terms covering its duration, feedback, diagnostics, and pre-release risk. Those terms will be shown before the build is provided. Joining the release list alone does not accept a software license.
Open-source components
Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses. Each distribution will include the notices and source-offer information required for the components in that build.
