Memni will be sold as a subscription with ownership built in: complete twelve continuous paid months, and the release from your start becomes permanently yours. Staying subscribed keeps you on the newest release.
At launch
After a year, a version is yours.
One year of continuous subscription vests the release that was current when it began, that line’s later fixes included; vesting is finalized on your next connection after the year completes. Renew to stay on the newest releases; stop, and the vested version keeps working, even offline. A refunded payment does not count toward the year.
Launch price: To be announced before orders open. Joining the release list is free and creates no obligation to buy.

Keep a version after you cancel
Twelve continuous paid months permanently vest a fallback version that keeps working after the subscription ends, no connection required. A refunded payment, even a partial one, no longer counts toward those twelve months.
Use the newest release while subscribed
An active subscription covers every new release as it ships, and staying subscribed moves your vested version forward over time.
Built for offline use
Ordinary use will not require a connection at every start, and a vested version runs entirely offline. Your documents are never sent anywhere to prove a license.
Know what you are paying for
The subscription funds continued development: new search models, more languages, more formats, and keeping pace with OS updates. Your documents stay on your device; you are never paying for document hosting.
